The Philadelphia prostitute's madam is a supporting character in the episode "What Does the Bee Do?" played by Megan Sikora. She is a prostitute and madam from Philadelphia who was brought to Atlantic city by Nucky Thompson to influence voters in the election, in violation of the Mann act. She provides girls and entertainment at Mayor Edward Bader's birthday party. She agrees to testify to her actions in relation to the election in order to increase the charges against Nucky to a federal indictment so that Nucky can have the charges quashed by the Attorney General.
