He takes part in the raid on Rowland Smith's hideout. The agents find Tunney and another man outside and murder them both without provocation. They search the building and fail to find Smith. They seize his stockpile of stolen liquor and return to Philadelphia after waiting for a day for him to turn up. ("Blue Bell Boy")
