Robert Emmet Lunney is an American actor. He plays a custody court judge in Boardwalk Empire. He is a co-star in the fourth season episode "New York Sour". He has also appeared in the series Law & Order and The Good Wife. He has also appeared in the films Imaginary Heroes (2004), Julie & Julia (2009) and The Flying Scissors (2009).
