Richard James Porter is an American actor. He plays an Impatient Man in Boardwalk Empire. He is a co-star in the third season episode "You'd Be Surprised". He has been active since 2009 and has also appeared in the short film The Affordable Apartment: The Toilet of Tomorrow.
