Richard Bekins, born July 17, 1954 in Los Angeles County, California, USA, is an actor. He plays Theodore Rollins in Boardwalk Empire. He is a guest star in the fifth season episode "The Good Listener". He has been active since 1977 and has also appeared in Damages, Fringe, Law & Order, Rescue Me, The Good Wife, Blue Bloods and Person of Interest.
