PJ Brown, born November 5, 1956 in Staten Island, New York, USA, is an actor. He plays a Chicago Prohibition Agent in Boardwalk Empire. He is a recurring co-star in the third season and debuts in the episode "Bone for Tuna". He has also worked with Boardwalk Empire creator Terence Winter on the series The Sopranos and the film Brooklyn Rules. He played a cop in The Sopranos episode "The Happy Wanderer". He played Earl Webber in Brooklyn Rules. He has been active since 1986 and has also appeared in the series Crime Story, Third Watch, Law & Order, NYPD Blue, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, The Unit, and The Good Wife. He has appeared in the films Cop Land (1997), Rounders (1998), Double Parked (2000), and Romance & Cigarettes (2005).
