Marc D. Donovan is an American actor. He plays Deputy Ramsey in Boardwalk Empire. He is a recurring co-star in the third season and debuts in the episode "Spaghetti and Coffee".[1] He has been active since 2006 and has also appeared in the films Ellie (2006), Under the N (2008), and Morris County (2009) and the game KOF: Maximum Impact 2 (2006).
