Jim True-Frost is an American actor. He plays Eliot Ness in Boardwalk Empire. He is a recurring guest star in the fifth season and debuts in episode "Golden Days for Boys and Girls". He has previously worked with HBO on the series The Wire and Treme. He has been active since 1986 and has also appeared in the series Homicide: Life on the Street, Blue Bloods, Law & Order and The Good Wife.
