Derrick Simmons is an American actor. He plays an unidentified character in Boardwalk Empire. He is a co-star in the fourth season episode "Havre De Grace". He worked with HBO on the earlier series Oz and The Sopranos. Boardwalk Empire creator Terence Winter was also a writer and producer for The Sopranos. He has been active since 1987 and has also appeared in Homicide: Life on the Street, Third Watch, New York Undercover, Law & Order and Blue Bloods.
