A Deputy State's Attorney, played by co-star Rob Sheridan, is a supporting character in "Home". He is a Deputy US Attorney for the State of New Jersey assigned to the Tom's River area and is responsible for prosecuting Billy Winslow on charges of armed robbery. When Winslow gives him information on the Hammonton hijacking he hands the case over to Prohibition Agent Nelson Van Alden.
