Bill Groom is an American production designer. He is the Production Designer for Boardwalk Empire. He has worked on the second, third and fourth seasons. He won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Art Direction for a Single-Camera Series in 2012, for his work on the second season. He has been active since 1979 and has also worked on the films Awakenings (1990), A League of Their Own (1992), and Milk (2008) and as an Art Director for the series Saturday Night Live.
