Andrew Howard, born 1969 in Cardiff, Wales, UK, is an actor. He plays August Tucker in Boardwalk Empire. He is a guest star in the fourth season episode "Acres of Diamonds". He has been active since 1994 and has also appeared in Copper, Hatfields & McCoys, Burn Notice and the HBO miniseries Band of Brothers. He has also appeared in the films Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009), I Spit on Your Grave (2010), The Hangover Part II (2011) and Limitless (2011).
