Abe Klein is a bar owner in Atlantic City. He is played by co-star Bob Engel in "The Ivory Tower". He appears as part of a montage showing Nucky Thompson's businesses. Thompson and Alderman Damien Fleming visit Klein's bar to collect money from him.

Klein's bar is known to serve alcohol by members of the Atlantic City Women's Temperance League and they discuss this activity at a meeting in "Nights in Ballygran". When Alderman George O'Neill is making collections at the beginning of "Family Limitation" Kleins is crossed out on the list of places he needs to visit implying that he has already made the collection.
